Who we are

IDA Software Solutions, with offices in Miami (United States) and Caracas (Venezuela), is responsible for the data it receives through www.idasoftware.com. For any privacy question, write to us at systems@softwareida.com.

What data we receive

Contact form: name, company, email, solution of interest, message and the page you write from. It is emailed to our sales team.

IDA assistant: the messages you write are processed by an artificial intelligence provider (OpenAI) to generate the answer. If you choose to leave your contact details, we receive them together with the conversation. We keep a log of questions and answers for up to 90 days to improve the service, linked to a pseudonymous identifier and not to your IP address. Please do not share sensitive data in the chat.

WhatsApp, phone and email: if you contact us through these channels, the terms of the service you use also apply (for example, WhatsApp by Meta).

Support portal: customer tickets are handled in Freshdesk (https://idasoftware.freshdesk.com/), an external service with its own privacy policy.

Technical logs: like any web server, we log technical data such as IP address, browser, page and date for the security and operation of the site.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit us, which pages they view and which contact channels they use. Analytics cookies are only stored if you accept them in the site notice; if you reject them, Google Analytics receives basic cookieless signals.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your data. The site also stores your language and your cookie preference in your browser.

How we use it

To answer your questions, prepare demos and proposals, follow up when you ask us to, improve the site and the assistant, and protect the site against abuse. We do not share your data with third parties other than the providers mentioned above, who help us deliver the service.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept while needed to handle your request and the business relationship. The assistant log is deleted after 90 days. Analytics data is kept for the period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to being contacted, by writing to systems@softwareida.com. You can change your cookie preference at any time with the button on this page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
