What is NovaMaint?
It is maintenance software (CMMS) to plan, execute and measure preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of vehicles, forklifts, generators, production lines and any equipment in your company.
Can I use NovaMaint without NovaFleet?
Yes. NovaMaint is NovaFleet’s "Maintenance only" entry point: you license it on its own and, if you later need fleet or logistics, you enable those modules without changing systems.
How do preventive plans work?
Each plan can use miles, hours or days at the same time, whichever comes first, and creates the work order automatically when it is due. It also supports campaigns for the whole fleet or by asset type.
Does it include predictive maintenance?
Yes. It analyzes each unit’s real history (fuel use, repeat failures, component life, meters and inspections) and calculates a 0 to 100 risk score with a horizon, recommendation and estimated cost. If AI is unavailable, it keeps working on rules.
Does it work for plant equipment?
Yes. It organizes assets in a plant, line, equipment and component tree, with unlimited meters and rolled-up costs to see which line costs the most.
