What is NovaFleet?
It is a platform that brings fleet, delivery and maintenance together in one system: day planner, trips and dispatches with Uber-style live tracking, driver portal, maintenance (CMMS), fuel and costs, connected to SAP Business One and powered by artificial intelligence.
Do I have to buy every module?
No. NovaFleet has more than 30 modules that are enabled per company. There are three entry points (Maintenance only, Fleet Operations and Complete Platform) and any combination in between.
How does it integrate with SAP Business One?
End to end: the sales order is imported as a dispatch, picking is generated per trip, the delivery is posted when the customer signs, and then the invoice and a return for anything not delivered are created. Driver expenses, parts issues and maintenance purchases also reach SAP. Other systems connect through a public API and webhooks.
Does the driver need to install an app?
No. The driver portal opens in the browser and installs as an app on Android or iPhone. It works offline and syncs automatically when the signal returns.
What does the artificial intelligence do?
It reads fuel tickets, invoices and the vehicle dashboard from photos, learns delivery times to estimate ETAs, predicts failures per unit and offers an assistant that answers with real data and proposes actions that only run when you confirm. It includes an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot.
Does it run on my server or in the cloud?
Either one, with the same package. It is multi-company and multi-branch, and available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
